"Rich and delicious yellowtail shabu-shabu with burnt onions," supervised by chef Kurihara Shinpei, uses "kachi yellowtail" from Kamigotō, Nagasaki Prefecture.The broth infused with the aroma of fragrant spring onions goes perfectly with the fatty yellowtail! The four types of hotpot, including the "Seafood Chanko Nabe," are exquisite dishes that are made with carefully selected ingredients and soup, and will keep you delicious until the very end.Popular every year!
